1.Make it low price and use one time purchase licence or integrate Microsoft Office login activation. 2.Make it's UI more integrate with Office 365.......eg: show notification like a bar above document rather than pop up on the side. 3.For Excel...

be able to have simple click to export to HTML5

Once file has been saved it can be exported to HTML5 canvas without any loss or change.
